Carefully selected Sangiovese grape berries that were collected in mid-September and folded into
of wooden crates.
Grapes were gently pressed and fermented at low temperature for about
30 days. They matured on sludge for several months and then in a bottle for 3 months.
The taste is typically pink with the smell of strawberries and currants, the taste is mineral, fresh and citrus, soft and
elegant dot. Suitable as an aperitif, to pair with fish dishes.
Serve well chilled at 8/12 ° C
