Chardonnay 95% - Pinot Nero 5%
Pleasant, 95% chardonnay, 22 months on the lees, fairly fine and fairly persistent perlage. Smell that tastes of yeasts and dried fruit. In the mouth it confirms the sensations of fresh and slightly sapid smell. Considering that it is a Champenoise method and that it costs little more than a Charmat method I consider it a good purchase.
